Description

If you don’t want to mount the aerial on the wall / window, 1 by one Paper thin TV aerial stand (O0000-0366) allows you to move the aerial freely.

Flat-panel aerials are omnidirectional and don’t need to be aligned, but you still need to position them carefully to get the best result. The premium coaxial cable consists of a solid centre conductor, dielectric insulation, 3 layers of aluminium shielding and durable PVC outer layer. The 103 third parties who use cookies on this service do so for their purposes of displaying and measuring personalized ads, generating audience insights, and developing and improving products. Suitable for both Freeview and Analog TV Signals - Simply connect to an HDTV with built in DVB-T tuner / receiver using coaxial cable.

The shortish cable might be a pain if your TV is wall-mounted, though, and you will need to keep the power supply plugged in because reception with the amplifier switched off is close to non-existent. It has a built-in amplifier, but this won’t work miracles, and if you’re a long way from the transmitter you might still want to go for the RGTech Monarch 50, which seems to squeeze a little more from a weak signal. The sticker after a while will not be able to stick on the window and after leaving it a while at the window it will leave a mark which I don’t know if I will be able to clean.

When I turn the amplifier off, I can't receive many of the stations, but can receive all of the major networks and about 40 channels total with the amplifier turned on. For flatscreen HDTVs, please check the TV's manual to make sure the TV has a built-in tuner for receiving over-the-air broadcast, and make sure this tuner can receive HD signals or else it will not be able to receive and watch HD channels. Pour la grosse dépense de 10€, sans aucun effort particulier, j'ai soudainement 46 chaines au lieu de 0.

YOU will not receive 30-50-100 channels UNLESS the towers are near you and are not obstructed by mountains/terrain etc. It came wrapped in a polythene bag, inside a box with info on the front, and technical data and a set-up guide on the back.I suggest the second one because it has a better design, slightly better signal and the cushion cups. Given this aerial’s small size and design, we were braced for poor performance, but the August actually picked up the same set of channels as the 1byone aerial and was slightly less fussy about positioning. I have gone from about 5-10 channels on a good day with other antennas + amplifiers to greater than 50 channels sustained with the 1byone + amplifier antenna (it comes with an amp). If you’re a long way from the transmitter, or if there are a lot of obstructions in your area, an amplifier can help you pick up channels that you’d otherwise miss out on, and ensure you get a clear picture and audio, free of blocky artefacts and glitches.

I had tried both to move them in different parts of the window but the signal was more or less the same. Based on my experience the antenna I have mounted on a window facing six large full trees and the television signals have not been affected at all. The aerial has a unique 3G/4G block-filter to block all 3G and 4G mobile phone signals, to ensure the best possible reception, now and in the furture. It was superb - and I hadn't even pulled the protective plastic off the aerial, or tuned the TV in, at that point.Grab one with adjustable antennas, or choose a more modern, flat design with a 3G and 4G block filter to help keep your signal free from phone interference.
