It emerges in a state so pure that there is no need to artificially demineralise or distill it, giving the gin its gentle bouquet and trademark sensation. Launched in 1999, Martin Miller’s Gin is distilled in pot stills in England and shipped to Iceland, where it is mixed with Icelandic spring water. Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, angelica root, Florentine orris root, coriander seeds, lime peel, lemon peel, orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and liquorice root plus cucumber essence post distillation.

It is then blended with unpolluted, pure, Icelandic water which gives the gin a unique freshness, softness and clarity. Botanical's include Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, angelica, Florentine orris, coriander, Seville citrus peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and liquorice root which makes a fresh lively gin. Made to a traditional London Dry Style in flavour profile and dryness, this gin uses a mix of ultra traditional distilling methods allied to Martin's own iconoclastic 'take' on gin distilling. Martin Miller’s response was a gin with its emphasis on the spicier, peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg along with a higher strength. Martin Miller and his two friends, David Bromige and Andreas Versteegh, kicked off the whole gin new wave back in 1999 with the launch of their first gin. The second distillate is flavoured with the remaining seven botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, liquorice root, nutmeg and Florentine iris. Feeling that juniper crops were often variable in their output from year to year, Martin Miller chose to source his ingredients from wherever he could find the very best.To obtain Martin Miller’s balanced and smooth taste, the citrus and earth botanicals are distilled separately.

The oak gives the gin a warming oaky flavour with a touch of vanilla making a truly unique, aged gin. uk accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products by manufacturers or other third parties. It is handcrafted to its core and carries a two part distillation process where only the "heart" of the spirit is used.
